Congressman Cliff Bentz, representing Oregon's 2nd district, shared insights from his recent town hall meetings via a series of tweets. Bentz, who succeeded Greg Walden in Congress in 2021, has been actively engaging with constituents across different counties to gather their ideas and concerns for legislative action.

On February 20, 2025, Congressman Bentz expressed gratitude to those who attended his town hall in Union County. He noted the importance of hearing directly from attendees and committed to bringing their ideas and concerns to Congress. "Thank you to all the folks who were able to make it out my town hall in Union County! It was great to hear directly from you and I look forward to bringing your ideas and concerns to Congress."

Later that day, Bentz thanked participants of another town hall held in Umatilla County. He emphasized that constituent interaction is vital for effective representation of Oregon's Second Congressional District. "To all of those who took time out of their busy schedules to join my town hall in Umatilla County- thank you! Constituents asking questions and sharing concerns is an effective way for me to best represent the Second Congressional District and I look forward to being your voice…"

On February 21, 2025, Bentz reflected on his Morrow County town hall meeting. He highlighted the value these events provide by allowing community members to discuss significant issues that influence legislative decisions. "It was great to meet with folks and hear directly from all of those who were able to attend our Morrow County town hall! These town halls provide an important opportunity for everyone to share their thoughts on the issues that matter most and will help shape the decisions…"
