On February 14, 2026, at approximately 1:15 a.m., an armed robbery was reported at the Lil Pantry parking lot on Monument Drive. According to the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office, the victim said he was robbed at gunpoint by two individuals who took his shoes, pants, and wallet. The suspects also struck the victim on the head with a weapon before fleeing southbound on Interstate 5.

Deputies responded to the scene, interviewed the victim, and arranged for him to be transported to a local hospital by AMR.

Law enforcement located the suspect vehicle as it exited from southbound I-5 at exit 55 before re-entering the freeway. Deputies conducted a high-risk vehicle stop just south of the Rogue River exit. Three male occupants were detained without incident.

After interviewing those in custody, deputies identified them as Ordee Martin, Manuel Martinez, and Kevin Rhodes. A search of their vehicle uncovered a large amount of cash in the back seat.

Martin was arrested for first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery. Martinez faced charges of first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery as well as two outstanding felony warrants for first-degree robbery from California. Rhodes was arrested for conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery. All three were booked into Josephine County Adult Jail.

“No further information is being released at this time,” according to Corporal Fonbuena of the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office.
