There will be a public hearing on June 6, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Eagle Point City Council Chambers, 17 Buchanan Ave. South, Eagle Point, Oregon regarding the use of revenue sharing funds. This public hearing may be attended via Zoom as well.
Directly following this hearing, a public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Eagle Point, Jackson County, State of Oregon, will be held to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and document of the city and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after June 1, 2022 at www.cityofeaglepoint.org/105/budget or at Eagle Point City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. In the event the budget document is ready before June 1st, it will be posted on the City’s website. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at this meeting to discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. An additional meeting will be held only if necessary. That meeting, if necessary, will be held on June 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
