Of the 37,938 people living in Grants Pass in 2020, 51.6 percent (19,593) were women and 48.4 percent (18,345) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Oregon News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 103. In the 65 and over age range, there were 4,556 females and 3,043 males.
