Of the 6,140 people living in Junction in 2020, 50.5 percent (3,100) were women and 49.5 percent (3,040) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Oregon News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 1. In the 65 and over age range, there were 382 females and 309 males.
