Of the 21,509 people living in Klamath Falls in 2020, 49.8 percent (10,722) were women and 50.2 percent (10,787) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Oregon News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 223. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,974 females and 1,730 males.
