Of the 1,029 people living in Trail in 2020, 48.9 percent (503) were women and 51.1 percent (526) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Oregon News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 124. In the 65 and over age range, there were 107 females and 72 males.
