ABOUT THE POSITION
The City of Phoenix is accepting applications for a full‐time, limited duration Assistant Planner position. Phoenix was severely impacted by the September 2020 Alameda Fire, losing nearly 600 residential units and some 40 non‐residential structure. This position will assist in the effort to bring people and businesses back to Phoenix while also improving plans and processes for future growth and development. The City has secured funding for the position through June 2023.
Hours: Full‐time, non‐exempt.
Starting Salary: $3719 ‐ $4747 a month depending on qualifications.
Benefits: Medical/dental/vision insurance, employer‐funded HRA‐VEBA, Oregon PERS retirement benefits.
