Census Bureau: More women than men in Grants Pass in 2019

Of the 37,545 people living in Grants Pass in 2019, 52.1 percent (19,552) were women and 47.9 percent (17,993) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Oregon News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 11,137-to-10,471. In the 65 and over age range, there were 4,358 females and 3,064 males.
