Former South Medford High School standout Nicole Ledendecker contributed as the George Fox Bruins secured a 9-6 victory over the Linfield Wildcats in their NCAA Division III softball game on Sunday, March 8 at 1 p.m.
Curtis and Margaret Morse Athletic Fields hosted this contest, marking the fourth meeting between the teams this season. Earlier that day, the Bruins fell 6-4 to the Wildcats.
Ledendecker pitched 4.1 innings, allowing five earned runs and issuing two walks.
The Bruins are set to face the Whitworth Pirates at Diana Marks Field on Saturday, March 14, with the game starting at noon.
