Devon Malcolm, a former South Medford High School basketball standout, saw his current college team, the California Baptist Lancers, fall 68-60 to the Kansas Jayhawks in Friday’s NCAA Tournament game.

The matchup was held at Viejas Arena and tipped off at 6:45 p.m.

Malcolm recorded two points and five rebounds in seven minutes of play.
